Accenture Tertiary Business Plan Award At the 30th Anniversary Young Achievement Australia (YAA) National Awards Dinner in Sydney, Luv Ya, a group of tertiary students from Meadowbank TAFE, Sydney University, UTS and UNSW were presented the Accenture Tertiary Business Plan Award. Participating in the YAA Business Skills Program, Luv Ya produced an educational and interactive DVD titled Transition. The product was designed to provide relevant information that supports the transition into the workforce. Luv Ya achieved an indepth knowledge of the industry by working with the Australian business community to gain valuable insights and advice from corporate advisors, career centres and successful graduates. The product was unique and tailored to anyone considering entering the workforce, including graduates, graduands and career changers. Luv Ya's Business Plan was well written and clearly described the key elements that would make this company successful. It focussed on the shareholder and the need to work hard to provide a strong return on investment. The company set out with a defined strategy to meet their companies financial goals which it monitored, tracked and continually evaluated throughout the businesses lifecycle. "The integrity and willingness to succeed demonstrated by Luv Ya was a contributing factor to this groups outstanding performance.
