Welcome to the Young Achievement Australia Business Skills Program™ 2008!

This year's Management Skills Seminar - held at the University of South Australia and sponsored by the UniSA Division of Business and School of Management, School of Commerce and School of Marketing - saw an attendance of 190 Business Skills Program™ participants, plus mentors and sponsors.

Guest Speakers were Gerry Griffin, Pro Vice Chancellor, Division of Business, University of South Australia; Stephen Marafiote, Managing Director, Australian Quality Plus; Peter Joy, Principal Ingredient, Jam; Ashley Winnett, Human Resources Manager - Assembly Operations, GM Holden; Sarah Lloyd, People and Culture Manager, SAGE Automation and Rodney Wade, Environmental and Technical Manager, Finsbury Green.

It is so important for our young company members to hear some of Adelaide's top business people sharing their knowledge and personal business experiences and we gratefully acknowledge them for donating their time and effort with this event. It was also an excellent opportunity for participants to meet students from other companies and network over a supper provided by UniSA.

The evening was an overall great success.
